Getting to work with the incredible women of 2022 who participated in our 40 over 40 project was the most amazing experience! Each woman courageously told her story—whatever that meant to her. At the end of the project, we had all 40 stories compiled and gathered in person for an honorary reception, celebrating their journeys and the bonds formed through shared experiences.
The stories ranged from bravery and perseverance to exploration, entrepreneurship, pain, and joy. The overall theme was about carving out the life each of us wishes for ourselves. This project truly highlighted the resilience and strength of women over 40, and the impact of their stories continues to inspire us all.
